This villa offers many features for a splendid family holiday: a lovely garden with lawn and a private pool, a quiet location close to Nerja's wonderful beaches and a spacious, well appointed interior where the kids can have their own space on the lower floor while parents enjoy themselves on the ground floor. All together, a very comfortable villa with an excellent price/quality ratio.
Location and outside area
The villa is located on Jara St., in a quiet residential area approximately 1.7 km north of Nerja’s well-known Burriana beach and old town-centre where you will find a spectrum of tapa-bars and restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. For those who would like to get acquainted with the Andalucian heritage, the city of Granada with the Moorish Alhambra palace is an absolute must-see. Even closer, you can visit the impressive caves of Nerja or the beautiful white villages in the area such as Frigiliana and Competa. If you’d rather stay home, then you will enjoy the attractive private pool (8x4 m) set in a lovely garden with lawn. Sun loungers are provided and there is also a barbecue for your al fresco dinners. The outside dining table is set in a shaded space with an additional sitting area with beautiful seats made out of stone and using the villa wall for back rest—a lovely place for a cocktail or a sangria party! There is parking space on the public road alongside the house.
Inside and lay-out
The rooms are divided over 3 floors, very comfortable and decorated with excellent taste. The entrance is on the ground floor.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
On this floor you will find a spacious lounge with an open fireplace and a sitting area. A bar, which can be used for entertainment purposes, separates this area from the open-plan kitchen. The lounge is ideal as a playground for the children, while adults relax in the living room on the ground floor. The kitchen equipment is limited to a vitro hob and a microwave oven, but you have a very well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room with a washbasin and WC.
GROUND FLOOR
The living/dining room on this floor is L-shaped and well appointed. The sitting area is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, an open fireplace, a DVD player and satellite TV. From here, doors open onto a south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The dining area has a dining table for 6 persons. The spacious and fully fitted kitchen is provided with a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-ringed vitro hob, an oven and a dishwasher (the washing machine is placed in a utility room). On this floor you will also find a shower room with WC.
FIRST FLOOR
A wide staircase leads to the first floor where we find 3 lovely romantic bedrooms (one twin, two double). The double bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower, washbasin, bidet and WC), while the twin bedroom uses an independent bathroom with bath, a washbasin and WC.
One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom share a south-facing terrace with 2 seats and distant sea views. The other double bedroom has a private terrace.
