This villa offers many features for a splendid family holiday: a lovely garden with lawn and a private pool, a quiet location close to Nerja's wonderful beaches and a spacious, well appointed interior where the kids can have their own space on the lower floor while parents enjoy themselves on the ground floor. All together, a very comfortable villa with an excellent price/quality ratio.
Location and outside area
The villa is located on Jara St., in a quiet residential area approximately 1.7 km north of Nerja’s well-known Burriana beach and old town-centre where you will find a spectrum of tapa-bars and restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. For those who would like to get acquainted with the Andalucian heritage, the city of Granada with the Moorish Alhambra palace is an absolute must-see. Even closer, you can visit the impressive caves of Nerja or the beautiful white villages in the area such as Frigiliana and Competa. If you’d rather stay home, then you will enjoy the attractive private pool (8x4 m) set in a lovely garden with lawn. Sun loungers are provided and there is also a barbecue for your al fresco dinners. The outside dining table is set in a shaded space with an additional sitting area with beautiful seats made out of stone and using the villa wall for back rest—a lovely place for a cocktail or a sangria party! There is parking space on the public road alongside the house.
Inside and lay-out
The rooms are divided over 3 floors, very comfortable and decorated with excellent taste. The entrance is on the ground floor.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
On this floor you will find a spacious lounge with an open fireplace and a sitting area. A bar, which can be used for entertainment purposes, separates this area from the open-plan kitchen. The lounge is ideal as a playground for the children, while adults relax in the living room on the ground floor. The kitchen equipment is limited to a vitro hob and a microwave oven, but you have a very well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room with a washbasin and WC.
GROUND FLOOR
The living/dining room on this floor is L-shaped and well appointed. The sitting area is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, an open fireplace, a DVD player and satellite TV. From here, doors open onto a south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The dining area has a dining table for 6 persons. The spacious and fully fitted kitchen is provided with a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-ringed vitro hob, an oven and a dishwasher (the washing machine is placed in a utility room). On this floor you will also find a shower room with WC.
FIRST FLOOR
A wide staircase leads to the first floor where we find 3 lovely romantic bedrooms (one twin, two double). The double bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower, washbasin, bidet and WC), while the twin bedroom uses an independent bathroom with bath, a washbasin and WC.
One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom share a south-facing terrace with 2 seats and distant sea views. The other double bedroom has a private terrace.

This comfortable villa is located in the Exotica area of Nerja just a short drive from the town centre and the beach. Well appointed throughout, offering spacious accommodation, this is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. Outside, a delightful covered terrace overlooks the pool and offers wonderful views of the countryside, the mountains, and the Mediteranean coastline. Extensive lawned gardens, sea views and Nerja at a 5 minute drive! This lovely villa has it all: an excellent situation at a 5 minute drive from Nerja, sea views from the private pool area, a garden with lawn where the kids can play, a shaded veranda for a siesta or a barbecue, and spacious accommodation throughout. What else could you possibly wish for a perfect holiday? Location and outside area The villa is situated approx. 2 kms north from Nerja and within an easy drive from its humming town centre where you will find tapa bars and restaurants for all tastes. The nearest beach (3 km) is just a 10 minutes drive away. The villa is provided with a private entrance lane leading to its' elegant parking area whilst an extensive mature garden with lawn surrounds the villa. From the south facing veranda, you will enjoy the excellent views on the surrounding countryside out to the Mediterranean. The private, fish-shaped pool (6x12m) is situated a few steps down and supplied with sun loungers, umbrellas and a little pool house. For a day trip, you shouldn't miss the Alhambra Palace in Granada or the Picasso museum in Malaga. If you prefer to visit the typical whitewashed villages of Andalucia, then don't doubt to drive to nearby Frigiliana, Competa or any other village of the Axarquia area. Inside and lay-out The property offers spacious accommodation throughout. As seen from the pool area, the left wing of the building is a semi-independent annexe with 2 bedrooms. The centre of the building is occupied by a spacious lounge/living room, a separate dining room, the main kitchen, and a central patio. Four bedrooms are located in the right wing of the building. The lounge is divided in two sitting areas with 5 sofas, a satellite-TV, and a fireplace. From here doors open onto the veranda. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer. The 4 bedrooms in the right wing consist of one double and 3 twins, all with their own ensuite bathroom (over bath shower, WC, and basin). We stayed here with our family and friends. 10 of us in total 4 adults and 6 kids. The villa was lovely, extremely spacious, lots of sitting areas outside and inside and had a lovely sized pool. There are however, a lot of stairs and slippy tiles so see more

There are however, a lot of stairs and slippy tiles so just to be mindful for anyone with mobility issues. The pool was in direct sun from around 12pm until at least 8pm and was a perfect temperature to keep us all cool. All the bedrooms had AC which was much needed! Location wise it was 5 mins drive from the beach and Balcon de Europa - great location. Also a couple restaurants within walking - one being Karma which we thoroughly enjoyed. There is also a small kids play park within walking distance which was a nice thing to do in the evening when it had cooled down a little. Overall we had an amazing time. If I had to pick some small negatives- the villa was listed as suitable for kids, but there were no plastic cups or plates. Not a big deal, but would be a nice touch to provide some child friendly kitchen wear. Nerja is just beautiful and we will definitely be back.

Great villa, far more spacious than expected. The garden and pool were well maintained and perfect for a group of seven. We were allowed to checkout later than normal due an evening flight which helped us a lot.

This house is beautifully finished, spacious, comfortable and was perfect for our family group. Table tennis was popular & the pool was still cold but the kids loved playing in it in the afternoon & evening sun (first week in April) and it was great see more
This house is beautifully finished, spacious, comfortable and was perfect for our family group. Table tennis was popular & the pool was still cold but the kids loved playing in it in the afternoon & evening sun (first week in April) and it was great to have 2 sitting rooms so one was a quiet space for adults and the other became the children's den for the week. Ralph was great for information & communication re booking and check-in and then he handed over to the owners who were very helpful with responding to small issues during our stay. The villa's in easy reach of everywhere as long as you have a car (only a 7 minute drive to Burriana beach & 10 mins to las Cuevas de Nerja). The only thing we missed - and is much needed - was a 'welcome folder' containing a local map, restaurant suggestions, information about local markets (Tues & Sun about 2 mins from the house) & info on the heating system, washing machine etc. Hopefully this will be added! We hope to return - muchas gracias!

A luxury stay near the sea. The house is just perfect - every bedroom has its own aircondition unit, there two spacious common rooms, a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms have their own terraces. The pool is perfect with 6 deck chairs and a shower. On one of the terraces there is a barbecue and a pizza oven. Nearby the house there is a small supermarket, in the town (approx. 0.5 m far) there are several Mercadonas, Carrefour and a lot of small shops. The beaches in and around Nerja are clean, sandy, you can rent sunbrellas and sunbeds. The area has many restaurants, pubs, bars. There are lots of tourist attractions. We loved the place and would reccommend it to everyone. The only possible problem is there are many stairs in the house, so if you have walking troubles it may not be the right place for you.

From the moment we entered through the front door, I knew we had done the right thing. It was immaculate throughout with everything we needed for the stay. After everyone got settled in their rooms, we had a good nose around the place. Then we realised we had done even better than our first impression led us to believe. The living space was airy and bright with a balcony that would eventually serve as a breakfast room. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and more.The fridges and presses got stocked with food and saved us a fair bit by not having to eat out all of the time. The pool area was neat and tidy and the addition of the pizza oven and BBQ made it perfect for the get together we had with other friends attending the wedding. The villa is spread over 3.5 floors with numerous balconies which allowed everyone to find their own little
