Nerja - Villa

Only 4 minutes by car from Burriana beach! This villa offers many features for a splendid family holiday: a lovely garden with lawn and a private pool, a quiet location close to Nerja's wonderful beaches and a spacious, well appointed interior where the kids can have their own space on the lower floor while parents enjoy themselves on the ground floor. All together, a very comfortable villa with an excellent price/quality ratio. Location and outside area The villa is located on Jara St., in a quiet residential area approximately 1.7 km north of Nerja’s well-known Burriana beach and old town-centre where you will find a spectrum of tapa-bars and restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. For those who would like to get acquainted with the Andalucian heritage, the city of Granada with the Moorish Alhambra palace is an absolute must-see. Even closer, you can visit the impressive caves of Nerja or the beautiful white villages in the area such as Frigiliana and Competa. If you’d rather stay home, then you will enjoy the attractive private pool (8x4 m) set in a lovely garden with lawn. Sun loungers are provided and there is also a barbecue for your al fresco dinners. The outside dining table is set in a shaded space with an additional sitting area with beautiful seats made out of stone and using the villa wall for back rest—a lovely place for a cocktail or a sangria party! There is parking space on the public road alongside the house. Inside and lay-out The rooms are divided over 3 floors, very comfortable and decorated with excellent taste. The entrance is on the ground floor. LOWER GROUND FLOOR On this floor you will find a spacious lounge with an open fireplace and a sitting area. A bar, which can be used for entertainment purposes, separates this area from the open-plan kitchen. The lounge is ideal as a playground for the children, while adults relax in the living room on the ground floor. The kitchen equipment is limited to a vitro hob and a microwave oven, but you have a very well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room with a washbasin and WC. GROUND FLOOR The living/dining room on this floor is L-shaped and well appointed. The sitting area is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, an open fireplace, a DVD player and satellite TV. From here, doors open onto a south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The dining area has a dining table for 6 persons. The spacious and fully fitted kitchen is provided with a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-ringed vitro hob, an oven and a dishwasher (the washing machine is placed in a utility room). On this floor you will also find a shower room with WC. FIRST FLOOR A wide staircase leads to the first floor where we find 3 lovely romantic bedrooms (one twin, two double). The double bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower, washbasin, bidet and WC), while the twin bedroom uses an independent bathroom with bath, a washbasin and WC. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom share a south-facing terrace with 2 seats and distant sea views. The other double bedroom has a private terrace. Notes: - A Wi-Fi Internet connection is available (free of charge). - Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms (free of charge).

Extensive lawned gardens, sea views and Nerja at a 5 minute drive! This lovely villa has it all: an excellent situation at a 5 minute drive from Nerja, sea views from the private pool area, a garden with lawn where the kids can play, a shaded veranda for a siesta or a barbecue, and spacious accommodation throughout. What else could you possibly wish for a perfect holiday? Location and outside area The villa is situated approx. 2 kms north from Nerja and within an easy drive from its humming town centre where you will find tapa bars and restaurants for all tastes. The nearest beach (3 km) is just a 10 minutes drive away. The villa is provided with a private entrance lane leading to its' elegant parking area whilst an extensive mature garden with lawn surrounds the villa. From the south facing veranda, you will enjoy the excellent views on the surrounding countryside out to the Mediterranean. The private, fish-shaped pool (6x12m) is situated a few steps down and supplied with sun loungers, umbrellas and a little pool house. For a day trip, you shouldn't miss the Alhambra Palace in Granada or the Picasso museum in Malaga. If you prefer to visit the typical whitewashed villages of Andalucia, then don't doubt to drive to nearby Frigiliana, Competa or any other village of the Axarquia area. Inside and lay-out The property offers spacious accommodation throughout. As seen from the pool area, the left wing of the building is a semi-independent annexe with 2 bedrooms. The centre of the building is occupied by a spacious lounge/living room, a separate dining room, the main kitchen, and a central patio. Four bedrooms are located in the right wing of the building. The lounge is divided in two sitting areas with 5 sofas, a satellite-TV, and a fireplace. From here doors open onto the veranda. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer. The 4 bedrooms in the right wing consist of one double and 3 twins, all with their own ensuite bathroom (over bath shower, WC, and basin). In the annexe you will find a double and twin bedroom and a shared bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, and washbasin. A stair case leads up to the first floor and can be closed to avoid danger for smaller children. The first floor is not furnished and may be used as a sitting area.
