Nerja - Villa

Looking for a villa at a few steps from the beach and town centre? Imagine: step out the door, turn left, walk 80 m and... lay down on the beach! Alternatively, you may also sit down at a terrace for a cold sangria! It is all possible: this wonderful villa is located in calle Carabeo, in the very heart of Nerja. You will have your own private pool with a sun terrace while enjoying magnificent views out to the beach and the Mediterranean. Before you read on: this villa fits a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children. Location and outside area No rental car needed at this villa: it's only a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops, tapa bars, and the beaches such as playas Carabeillo and Carabeo. Still the house does have its own private parking. In case you prefer visiting the highlights of Andalusia without driving, then you can book a guided excursion or take public transport from the bus station at 800 m from the villa. The villa is provided with a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (2.5 x 3.5 m). A large sun screen covers the dining area making it a perfect spot to enjoy a lunch in the shade; barbecue and patio furniture are provided. For families with children it will be good to know that there is also a shared pool (visible on one of the pictures) where the kids can make new friends. On the first floor is another sun terrace with the same splendid sea views, only accessible through the master bedroom. Notes: * The City Council of Nerja has the intention to cut Carabeo Street with a poller in the near future. At this moment we do not know if the street, and thus the parking, will be accessible for the guests, since there is a lack of information on the part of the City Council. The community of property owners is claiming that access will be granted but it is soon to know if this will be solved in a positive way. In case access to the parking of the villa finally would not be possible, then we nor the property owner can not be held responsible. Should this happen, then you can park your car at "Parking Carabeo", a very large parking lot just behind Calle Carabeo, at 3 minutes walk. There is a special price for 7 days (please ask us for approximate prices). * In the second week of October, lasting from 4 to 5 days, you will be able to attend the Feria de Nerja (Nerja fair). For the duration of the fair, the fairgrounds in the centre of Nerja are covered in rows of casetas (individual decorated marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground). During the fair, you will find people (many ladies and some men in traditional flamenco outfit arriving on horse) partying and dancing "Sevillanas", drinking Jerez sherry, or manzanilla wine, and eating tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has to consequences that may not be so attractive: The private parking next to the villa will not be available from a few days days before and during the fair because the calle Carabeo will not be accessible. If you bring a car, you can try to find a spot in the surroundings or we can offer you a free parking at Marina Turquesa apartments (at 1,5 km from the villa). You may suffer nuisance from the noise of fair (music etc). We estimate this will not affect you very much as the villa is at a prudent distance from the area, but we are not able to guarantee anything. Inside and lay-out The villa is built on two floors and comfortably furnished; the marble floors show the good taste of the designer. On the ground floor is a luminous living room with large LCD-TV, a dining-corner and a fire place. The kitchen is small but smartly furnished with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is in the utility room under the stairs. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the first floor you will find a spacious master bedroom with a large and private sun terrace. The second bedroom is a twin. The third bedroom on this floor is very small, with a bunk bed and no wardrobe —the reason why we find this bedroom more apt for two children. There is a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, bidet, and basin. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms. WiFi internet is available (free of charge).

Great lawn area… bakery and Lidl supermarket at walking distance. This attractive villa is conveniently located just off the Exotica area, 2 km from Nerja. Its rural setting and quiet surroundings are enhanced by superb countryside views. The owners have ensured that all the rooms are comfortable and appealing with a separate modern American-style bar/kitchen decked out with all the mod cons and with a large lounge/dining area. Location and outside area This villa enjoys a semi-rural location 2 km from Nerja, giving it the advantage of inspiring country views and peaceful surroundings, very promising for a carefree holiday. At a few minutes’ walk, there is a panificadora (bakery), and a Lidl supermarket is just 800 m away. Surrounded by whitewashed walls and lawns that add to the aura of privacy, the villa is approached via a parking bay for two cars and a path to the pool through the gardens, visible from the front. The private pool (7 x 4m long and 1.50m - 2m deep) is slightly raised and bordered by a good-size lawn, the perfect place for children to play. A pretty covered arched terrace spans the front of the house. A built-in barbecue will be very practical if ever you fancy catering for yourself. Sunbathing space is also available on the large roof terrace with fabulous views over the countryside that will make you feel blessed. Altogether, a good quality villa perfectly located to unwind in peace while enjoying the attractions of nearby Nerja. Inside and lay-out The interior combines old-time charm with modern comfort. Spread over a single storey, all the rooms are decorated in a rustic and traditional style. The cosy open-plan living/dining room has chequered floor tiles and a brick fireplace with satellite TV (limited English channels) and a DVD player to entertain you at night. The kitchen is separated from the living room by an American bar and equipped with all the up-to-date appliances: 4-ring vitro gas hob, refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils. There are 3 well-appointed bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). The double bedroom has an en suite shower room with washbasin and WC. The other bedrooms share a full bathroom with washbasin, bidet and WC. Notes: - Wifi internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar. - Air conditioning is available throughout the house (free of charge).
