If you are looking for a large quality villa with a spacious garden with lawn for the children to play and a secluded pool area, then this must be your choice. Inside, the villa is decorated with excellent taste by its owners and offers 2 living/dining rooms and 2 full kitchens. The villa is only 5 minutes by car from Nerja and the beaches.
Location and outside area
Its countryside location at 2.5 km northeast of Nerja provides peace and tranquility with facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, tapa bars and nightlife within easy reach by car. The secluded outside areas are set within a 2,600 m2 private estate and include a spacious garden with lawn and a private pool (9x5 m). The pool is fenced for extra child-safety. There is also a shaded verandah, ideal to enjoy your outside dinners or a lazy siesta. A barbecue is provided. The villa and its gardens offer splendid views on Nerja and the surroundings down to the Mediterranean.
The famous beaches like the playa Burriana (3.7 km) and the beaches along the creeks near the Balcony of Europe are only a 5-10 minute drive away. This villa is also ideal for a visit to Granada and its famous Alhambra palace or to discover the traditional villages of the Axarquía area. The Picasso Museum in Málaga is a must-see for art-lovers.

The villa consists of three floors and is furnished with great comfort and excellent taste by the owners.
GROUND FLOOR: spacious living / dining room with open plan kitchen and doors opening onto the shaded verandah, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a full shower room. The living/dining room comes with sofas, open fireplace, satellite tv and a dining table for 8 (for 14 persons you would need to move in the terrace dining table). The kitchen is very complete with a breakfast bar, 4 rings ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
FIRST FLOOR: second dining/living room with TV and direct access to the first floor terrace, second kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge/freezer. There is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and direct access to the first floor terrace. Two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor you'll find the two spacious bedrooms (one double, one twin) and another full bathroom.
A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge). Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (free of charge).

Fabulous house, there were 10 of us and we had lots of space, the kids enjoyed the ping pong, pool table and pool. The house was so clean and smelt lovely and fresh. Gardens well cared for, its obvious that someone loves the house. Position was greatsee more

Gardens well cared for, its obvious that someone loves the house. Position was great, just out of Nerja, very quiet at night and no visible neighbours. Would highly recommend and will hopefully stay again.

We were with 10 adults and 4 children and this villa was perfect for our party. Inside and outside are well cared for by the owners. The location is somewhat out of Nerja, so you really need a car here to get somewhere (the access is a bit rough but see more
We were with 10 adults and 4 children and this villa was perfect for our party. Inside and outside are well cared for by the owners. The location is somewhat out of Nerja, so you really need a car here to get somewhere (the access is a bit rough but it's ok). We can recommend the beautiful walk through the riverbed of the Rio Chillar which is nearby the villa. All together we enjoyed a lovely holiday!

We had a great time and the villa was ideal for the family having split levels. There was everything we needed and being just a little out of the town suited us (you will need a car to get into Nerja). We didn't realise before we booked that the villsee more
We had a great time and the villa was ideal for the family having split levels. There was everything we needed and being just a little out of the town suited us (you will need a car to get into Nerja). We didn't realise before we booked that the villa is situated near a gorge with fantastic walks where all the locals go on the weekend (so you may want to try this in the week, you will need runners or water shoes as you walk in the river for most of it). Would highly recommend this Villa and Nerja, great Spanish town with lots of shopping, beaches and fabulous tapas bars. I would also highly recommend doing the Nerja Quad bike tours also which is ran by a very nice man called Carl. http://www.nerjaquadtours.co.uk/

Voor de tweede keer een week in villa las Cadas verbleven met 6 volwassenen en 7 kinderen. De geweldige ruimte buiten, het zwembad en de praktische ruimten binnen zorgen ervoor dat je elkaar niet in de weg loopt. Voor de kleintjes is er veel speelruisee more
Voor de tweede keer een week in villa las Cadas verbleven met 6 volwassenen en 7 kinderen. De geweldige ruimte buiten, het zwembad en de praktische ruimten binnen zorgen ervoor dat je elkaar niet in de weg loopt. Voor de kleintjes is er veel speelruimte op het gras en het grote terras. Het zwembad ligt achter een hek. Heel veilig. Voor de grotere kinderen is de tafeltennis- en pooltafel erg leuk. Alles was goed voor elkaar en de samenwerking met Ralph Delis was erg fijn. We hebben een top week gehad.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke week. Het huis was schoon, ruim en comfortabel. De sleuteloverdracht verliep perfect. Ook vind ik de wijze waarop de reservering verlopen is professioneel en prettig. Bedankt voor deze goede service en afhandeling.

Wij met ons gezin hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf in de villa in Nerja. Alles was zeer goed geregeld en het was een zeer mooie villa met een mooi zwembad en algehele accommodatie. Voor de kleine kinderen was het ook zeer goed vertoeven met veesee more

Voor de kleine kinderen was het ook zeer goed vertoeven met veel speelgoed. De villa zag er zeer goed uit met zeer veel ruimte. Het enige wat wij miste was een toilet voor algemeen gebruik je moest nu naar je eigen kamer als je gebruik wilde maken van het toilet.
Maar samen gevat hebben wij een hele fijne week beleefd in de villa. Het was zeer de moeite waard. Vriendelijke groet van de fam Meester. |

We willen jullie hierbij graag laten weten dat wij heel erg hebben genoten in Nerja. Alles verliep prima, sleuteloverdracht en afronding. Het huis is heel prettig voor veel mensen en zo verzorgd ingericht! Ons gezelschap was heel divers: bestond uit zowel ouderen, als pubers, als (jong-) volwassenen met kleine kinderen en iedereen was enthousiast. Behalve dat natuurlijk ons bedje was gespreid, zag het er buiten ook fantastisch uit: diverse plekken om te zitten, kussens in de stoelen en op lounge-bed etc. Alles kant-en-klaar om te gaan relaxen... Er was ook leuk speelgoed voor de peuter-/ kleuterleeftijd. Buiten was voor mij groter dan verwacht en uitgebreider dan op de foto's, zoals de buitenkeuken en het sportveldje achter het zwembad. Het sportveldje wordt geloof ik niet genoemd op de site. De ligging vonden wij geweldig, in de natuur en toch dichtbij voorzieningen en strand. De Rio Chillar-wandeling is prachtig en een must natuurlijk; het ligt om de hoek.

Een leuke bijkomstigheid was dat er een tafeltennis tafel en een biljart aanwezig waren. Het was keurig verzorgd.
