This lovely villa has it all: an excellent situation at a 5 minute drive from Nerja, sea views from the private pool area, a garden with lawn where the kids can play, a shaded veranda for a siesta or a barbecue, and spacious accommodation throughout. What else could you possibly wish for a perfect holiday?
Location and outside area
The villa is situated approx. 2 kms north from Nerja and within an easy drive from its humming town centre where you will find tapa bars and restaurants for all tastes. The nearest beach (3 km) is just a 10 minutes drive away. The villa is provided with a private entrance lane leading to its' elegant parking area whilst an extensive mature garden with lawn surrounds the villa. From the south facing veranda, you will enjoy the excellent views on the surrounding countryside out to the Mediterranean. The private, fish-shaped pool (6x12m) is situated a few steps down and supplied with sun loungers, umbrellas and a little pool house. For a day trip, you shouldn't miss the Alhambra Palace in Granada or the Picasso museum in Malaga. If you prefer to visit the typical whitewashed villages of Andalucia, then don't doubt to drive to nearby Frigiliana, Competa or any other village of the Axarquia area.
Inside and lay-out
The property offers spacious accommodation throughout. As seen from the pool area, the left wing of the building is a semi-independent annexe with 2 bedrooms. The centre of the building is occupied by a spacious lounge/living room, a separate dining room, the main kitchen, and a central patio. Four bedrooms are located in the right wing of the building. The lounge is divided in two sitting areas with 5 sofas, a satellite-TV, and a fireplace. From here doors open onto the veranda. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer. The 4 bedrooms in the right wing consist of one double and 3 twins, all with their own ensuite bathroom (over bath shower, WC, and basin). In the annexe you will find a double and twin bedroom and a shared bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, and washbasin. A stair case leads up to the first floor and can be closed to avoid danger for smaller children. The first floor is not furnished and may be used as a sitting area.

If you are looking for a large quality villa with a spacious garden with lawn for the children to play and a secluded pool area, then this must be your choice. Inside, the villa is decorated with excellent taste by its owners and offers 2 living/dining rooms and 2 full kitchens. The villa is only 5 minutes by car from Nerja and the beaches. Location and outside area Its countryside location at 2.5 km northeast of Nerja provides peace and tranquility with facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, tapa bars and nightlife within easy reach by car. Wàt hebben we met z'n tienen enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze karakteristieke villa!! Gezellig, ruim, volop privacy voor iedereen, een heerlijke buitenruimte en zwembad en een fantastisch uitzicht op Nerja en de zee!! Onze kinderen èn kleinkinderen hebben gigantisch genoten. Er zijn traantjes gevloeid, toen de kleinkinderen beseften, dat we de volgende dag weer huiswaarts gingen. |

Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen vakantie gevierd in deze prachtige villa en we kunnen niet anders zeggen dat we er super van genoten hebben. Je hoeft niet eens het huis uit om een mooie vakantie te hebben. De kids (6 stuks) hebben de tijd van hun leven gehsee more

De kids (6 stuks) hebben de tijd van hun leven gehad en wilden graag nog langer blijven. De villa was heerlijk ruim. Om het huis genoeg ruimte om hele avonden verstoppertje te doen en voetballen. Het zwembad is heerlijk om de hele dag in te liggen. Goeie service van Ralph Delis mocht er toch wat zijn. Al met al echt een aanrader om hier je vakantie te vieren.

Afgelopen week hebben we veel plezier beleefd aan de door ons gehuurde Villa te Nerja. Zeer complete inrichting, werkelijk niets op aan te merken. Zelfs het zwembad werd die week twee keer gereinigd. Onze kleinkinderen gingen helemaal uit hun dak. Hesee more

Veel ruimte, schoon, dicht bij voorzieningen, goede service. Zou iets kindvriendelijker kunnen (hek op muurtje zou doorgetrokken kunnen worden en zwembad zou af te sluiten moeten zijn) .
