A beautiful house with many faces, furnished to a good standard. This attractive rustic-style property seems to have three different faces: the front garden with lawn looks very welcoming upon your arrival, whilst the pool area in the back offers a nice private corner for relaxing. Facing east, you’ll find a romantic veranda that enjoys splendid views to the mountains, up to the village, and down to the Mediterranean. WIFI internet connection provided! Location and outside area Located in the countryside at 3.5 km from Frigiliana, this villa provides a comfortable and peaceful retreat for a small family. The terraced garden includes a small lawn with a fishpond on the approach to the front door and is planted with flowers, shrubs, and fruit trees. The kidney-shaped pool (7x3 m) is on a private terrace with a pool shower, patio furniture, sun-loungers, and sunshades. The east facing veranda, directly accessed from the pool area and also through French doors from the living room, is the ideal spot for a siesta in the shade or for your barbecue dinners. The beaches of Nerja (7.5 km) are just a 10-15 minute drive away. Inside and lay-out With all rooms on the ground floor this villa has been very tastefully furnished and decorated in a rustic Andalusian style. The open-plan living area opens onto an ample kitchen up a small step from the living room with TV, music centre, and a log-burning stove for winter warmth. The house benefits of high ceilings throughout, so it always feels very spacious and airy in the heat of the summer. There are generous windows and French doors (with built-in mosquito nets) opening onto the shaded veranda. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a 4 rings vitro hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler fridge and a coffee machine. The washing machine is placed in a utility room. There are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a shower room with WC and washbasin. Please note : * A WiFi internet connection is available free of charge. * Air conditioning (hot/cold) is included for stays starting from January 5th, 2025. For stays before this date, it is optional and available at a cost of EUR 50 per week.

Beautifully located on a hillside, this Andalusian cottage boasts unforgettable views of the surrounding countryside and down to the sea. Comfortably furnished, this villa promises a relaxing holiday. Location and outside area Situated in a unique, elevated position, at 5.3 km from whitewashed Frigiliana, this casita offers incredible views. From Frigiliana, a mountain road leads north to the village of Torrox. After approximately 3 km, a winding paved track with some steep parts leads down to the property, giving it a private and exclusive ambiance (a car with a stronger motor is recommended). The house has a lovely sun terrace with white pebble stone details surrounding an inviting pool of 6x4 m and 1.50 – 1.80 m deep. In the front, there is a veranda terrace with splendid sea views. A built-in barbecue and sun loungers are provided. The area, especially the Sierra Tejeda (mountain range) to the north, is very popular for hikers and bird watchers. Horse riding is also one of the many activities you can practice nearby. For a day trip, there are many possibilities, such as the cities of Granada, Malaga or Ronda. The beaches of Nerja (12 km) are just a 15-minute drive away. Inside and lay-out The cottage is furnished in a rustic style with several decoration elements in blue and white. The property is practically laid out with a cozy open-plan living room that mixes with the dining area and kitchen. The living area comes with a wood burning stove, 2 sofas, and satellite TV with DVD player. The kitchen is smartly furnished with a dining table for 4 person, vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, small electric oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The washing machine is placed in a utility room. There are a double and a twin bedroom, sharing a shower room with wash basin and WC. Notes: - A WiFi internet connection is available free of charge. - Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is available in the living room and double bedroom; it is optional at 40 EUR per week (to pay locally at your arrival).
