Villa at 15 minutes walking distance from Nerja. Situated in a peaceful countryside location, this charming Spanish villa is within a 15 minute walk from Nerja (1.2 km). Adjacent to the villa is a spacious terrace with a built-in barbecue and fenced private pool for extra child safety.   Location and outside area  The location of this property is just ideal because you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet you can easily walk to Nerja (1.2 km) in 15 minutes by taking the backdoor from the garden and shortcut by following the Rio Chillar riverbed towards Nerja. Please note that it may be a bit inconvenient to do this at night due to the lack of streetlight. But of course, you can also drive to Nerja in 5 minutes – the drive is further then, approx. 2 km, yet easy enough for going to the beach, restaurants or the supermarket. The villa enjoys a spacious outside area and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The shaded veranda is the ideal place for your alfresco diners while the barbecue area comes complete with a work table and a bar to entertain the guests. The attractive private pool (7m x 4m) is fully fenced to offer extra security for families with small children. For those looking to enrich their cultural knowledge, there are guided tours to wonderful cities like Granada or Seville. And if you’re looking for entertainment, you will be amazed by the number of options, from golf to horse-riding and water sports to paragliding.   Inside and lay-out  The accommodation is set on one level and comfortably furnished in a classical style. The living/dining room is all-in-one with an open-plan kitchen and comes with an open fireplace, dining amenities, 2 sofas, an arm chair and satellite-TV. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with WC and single was basin. The second bedroom is also a double and the 3rd bedroom is a twin. A family bathroom is provided with shower over bath, WC, single washbasin and bidet.   Notes: - A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge). - Air conditioning is available throughout the house (free of charge).

Impressive views and excellent privacy An avocado field, situated at the back of the house, ensures your privacy and the splendid front terrace offers impressive views on Nerja out to the Mediterranean. Sun-addicts will certainly enjoy this property for its south facing position. Inside, it’s well taken care of with a Provencal style decoration. Location and outside area The villa is set in the Tablazos area, midway between Nerja (3 km) and Frigiliana; both towns can be reached in 5 minutes by car. This villa offers the best of the countryside in combination with city- and beach-life. The spacious front terrace is one of its highlights and offers breathtaking views on Nerja and the sea—this is the place where you will enjoy your alfresco meals. A barbecue is provided. The private pool (7m x 4m ; 1,5m - 2m deep) has sun loungers and offers the same splendid views as the front terrace. At the back of the house, the entrance leads through an avocado field; hosts are allowed to pick the fruits for their own use. From this villa, it is easy to explore the lovely whitewashed villages of the Axarquía-area, for example Cómpeta, famous for its orange-blossom honey and sweet Moscatel wines. The city of Malaga is less than a one hour drive away and worth a visit, whilst its Picasso museum is a must-see for art lovers. Granada with the Alhambra palace and the Nerja caves are two more landmarks among the many Andalucia has to offer. There is also an additional dining/breakfast table in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms (one double and two twins) that share a bathroom and a shower room with WC and basin.
