Location and outside area

A beautiful villa that is built not far away from villa reference Granada 007, enjoying the same similarly stunning views across the valley. It is a newly built house standing on its own generous grounds and is surrounded by gardens full of shrubs and flowers, beyond which are olive and almond groves. The elegant pergola in the back enjoys extraordinary views and provided with a Moroccan tiled table and matching chairs. Beyond the pergola you'll find a tempting pool (9x4.5m) and built-in barbecue. The house is situated off a 1.5 km unpaved country road. The garden is beautifully landscaped and fenced, but small children will need supervision due to some unprotected ground levels. The villa is only 2 km north of the small village of Restábal in the Valley of Lecrin, located between Granada and the coast, in the foothills of the Alpujarras. Granada and the beaches of the Costa Tropical are a 30-minute drive. The house has an independent water supply and generates its own electricity, so there are a few, common sense restrictions on the use of electrical appliances. IMPORTANT NOTE: The garden is beautifully landscaped and fenced, but families with children under 7 years old can not be accepted due to unprotected ground levels.

Inside and lay-out

All rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. The central hall leads into a living room with open fireplace and French doors that open onto the terrace. There is a modern open plan kitchen / dining room, also opening to the terrace. A utility room and storage room are adjacent to the kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms one tub and one shower and private terraces. An additional double bedroom and twin-bedded room both have doors that open onto the common terrace. These two bedrooms share one bathroom with small tub hip bath and shower. Additional features: satellite TV, stereo, central heating, washing machine.

Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Belle maison bien équipée mais manque de commodité

La maison est très jolie, bien équipée, et bien située dans un endroit calme avec une vue dégagée, entourée d'arbres fruitiers (jus d'oranges frais assurés). Néanmoins nous avons regretté que l'agence ne prenne pas la peine de nous accompagner à notre arrivée car les chemins d'accès sont très escarpés ; la maison n'étant pas visible de la route et aucun panneau ne la signalant, nous avons eu un peu de mal à la trouver, ce qui n'est pas commode car les demi-tours en voiture sont périlleux. D'autre part la piscine est superbe, mais son nettoyage automatique nécessite un pompage quotidien (2h30 le matin ET 2h30 le soir, extrêmement bruyant ; lorsque ce pompage est actif, le moindre appareil électrique (grille-pain) fait disjoncter l'installation, et il faut téléphoner pour que le dépanneur vienne rétablir le contact; heureusement celui-ci est extrêmement gentil et, au bout de 2 pannes, il a laissé la porte du local entr'ouverte pour que nous puissions faire le nécessaire nous-mêmes..

[Réponse du détenteur des clés : ] C'est très gentil à vous de nous avoir écrit avec le retour de votre séjour.
Normalement nous n'accompagnons pas aux clients jusqu'à la maison, surtout lorsque nous devons recevoir plus de clients et nous ne pouvons pas quitter le bureau ; mais nous donnons des indications précises et plusieurs références, et nous sommes attentifs au téléphone au cas où vous appelez car nous vous le conseillons si vous avez des difficultés. Habituellement, la maison est facile à trouver en suivant nos instructions et étant donné qu'elle est à 5-10 minutes de notre bureau.
Quant à l'électricité, dans ce cas, les coupures de courant ont été causées par le grille-pain et le dépanneur s'est rendu compte après la deuxième visite. Nous avons changé le grille-pain pour un autre et par conséquent l'incident a été résolu.
Nous regrettons ces désagréments et nous apprécions vos commentaires qui nous aident à envisager d'améliorer nos services.
Nous sommes heureux que vous avez aimé la maison, et que vous avez profité de votre séjour dans la vallée. Bonne continuation !
